You will have the images delivered digitally in your own online gallery and there will be no extra expenses - that’s important.
To be photographed should, besides producing pictures, be a good experience. But I often see that it becomes a thing between the client and the photographer: “How much do I get?” vs. “How much can I sell?”
For the photographer it’s about landing the client, and then have a lot of additional sale. And the client on the other hand, is having a hard time figuring out what exactly they are getting and for that reason, they might have a little distrust towards the photographer or maybe just an uneasy feeling. So when we’re shooting, everybody has that feeling in the back off their heads. And that’s not the relationship I want with my clients. I want you to trust me.
I see a lot of these business models, I’ve had them once and I just don’t like ‘em. I wont do it. They are a relic from a time, when we used negatives. Then they made sense, now they don’t.
What you see is what you get.
I believe in transparency. It has to be the experience you remember. You have to feel safe and I want you to trust me. I’m on your side, your confidant.
I don’t want to throw all kinds of additional expenses at you all of a sudden.
So what does that mean then. It means, that you pay for my time and my skills. You don’t pay for amount of pictures or certain packages with different content. It means that you from the beginning know exactly how much, you have to pay. And never a dime more.
And we can then focus on whats important: making awesome pictures.
My way to photograph is not for everyone, but it is obvious for some.
